2. Return Conditions​
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
The product is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and does not affect secondary sales.
The original packaging, accessories, labels, and invoice are included and returned.
For quality-related issues, clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence.
3. Non-Returnable Items​
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Custom-made products (e.g., embroidered, tailored, or personalized items).
Final sale or heavily discounted items purchased during promotions.
Jewelry, accessories, and intimate apparel for hygiene and safety reasons.
4. Return Shipping​
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or color preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method​ to ensure safe delivery.
5. Return Process​
Submit a return request via email or customer service within the 14-day period, including your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, our customer service will provide the return address and instructions.
Ship the product according to the instructions, preferably with a trackable service.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
